Acceptable Use Policy

Motor Carrier Safety and Insurance Services LLC

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

1. Permitted Use

The Platform may be used only for lawful internal business purposes related to commercial auto risk, underwriting, insurance, logistics, fleet safety, motor carrier review, reporting, analytics, and related business operations.

2. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the Platform to:

Violate any law, privacy rights, insurance laws, transportation laws, or anti-discrimination laws.

Upload unauthorized data, Social Security numbers without written authorization, malware, or unlawful content.

Scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, build a competing product, resell reports without permission, share login credentials, or circumvent usage limits.

Interfere with Platform security or attempt unauthorized access.

Misrepresent Platform outputs, remove disclaimers, or use the Platform for false, misleading, or deceptive statements.

Use the Platform for unlawful discrimination, consumer credit decisions, unauthorized employment screening, tenant screening, harassment, surveillance, fraud, or any abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Data Upload Rules

Users may upload only data they are authorized to provide. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files, documents, spreadsheets, driver information, insurance records, customer lists, applications, loss runs, and other data may lawfully be processed through the Platform.

4. Report Use

Reports may be used for Customer’s own internal sales, underwriting, reporting, risk review, account management, and business purposes. Users may not alter reports in a misleading way, remove disclaimers, or represent Platform outputs as final underwriting decisions made by Motor Carrier Safety and Insurance Services LLC.

5. AI Output Use

AI outputs must be reviewed by qualified human personnel. Users may not rely solely on AI outputs for final underwriting, pricing, eligibility, regulatory, compliance, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

6. Enforcement

Motor Carrier Safety and Insurance Services LLC may suspend, limit, terminate, investigate, or report activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
